Terms Of Usage

The following are my rules regarding my art and commissions.

All art is copyrighted to the artist (me) and may not be used in any shape or form without written permission from me, or unless stated otherwise. Characters used in art are copyrighted to the respective owner(s). Art may not be resold, redistrubuted, copied, nor altered without written permission from the artist unless stated otherwise.
Commissions should be made via email, with the form that can be found on the Ordering Page. Payment must be received before the commissioner is given the image and/or before I start the image. A deposit upon commissioning and the rest of the payment toward the end is acceptable. Updates can be given if requested, and the commissioner may ask for changes given such changes do not require me to restart. Currently payments must be made through Paypal only. If payment is never received, I reserve the right to use the final image how I like to, given that it contains no copyrighted characters. Commissioned art is nonrefundable. I will not draw obscene images or nudity. Once you buy art, you may use it as you like as the owner of it. It is reminded though, that I am it's copyrighted owner and that you must still abide by my terms regarding it. While I specialize in dogs, I am willing to try new things. Upon commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms.

Free art, which may be clipart, glitter images, line art, and other images stated as free use may be used as you wish under the following conditions:

• You do not claim to own the art in any way, shape or form. This is exempt with line art and premade bases- you may add your name as the colorer.
• Free art is not to be sold for any type of currency. This includes lineart you use to make your final image.
• Such art is not to be used for promotional business (ex: websites promoting something) unless it is cleared with me first.
• My name/website may not be removed from the art (if present). It may be relocated on the piece, but should still be visible. If I added a date to the art, stating when my signature was added, it may be removed.
